Animal Shelter In Warner Robins, Georgia Needs Help

I myself am an animal lover and always have been. Each week I will be visiting the animal shelter and taking pics of the pets for adoption. I did several shoots today of them and it just broke my heart to see them so desperate waiting for loving, caring homes.

Still devastated

Two years after the tsunami devastated parts of South Asia, the recovery effort for people displaced by the disaster continues, as these pictures provided by the UN childrens' fund, Unicef, show.

In India's Andaman and Nicobar Islands, the tsunami wiped out water supply systems and contaminated groundwater with seawater. Trucking water inland to where families had fled was impossible because of washed away roads and fallen palm trees.
